Trying to draw Nightmare had me thinking of nightmare scenarios long after I finished...and, I ended up having a nightmare of my own! lol Instead of a restaurant I was working some kind of factory job, and my boss apparently had the hots for me! 😅 Started telling me how nice my backside is, and how we should date even after I said ''No you're being inappropriate!'' Dude was insane, and caught me off guard, as he had been professional up until that day. He was trying to make me believe we'd be a really cute couple, and I was like keeping my cool outwards but losing it inside my head. Then I was wondering how to approach his boss to ask to get moved to work under a different manager- even into the bar to train as a bartender (why would a factory need a bar/restaurant in the front of the building?!?!).... I was so afraid I wouldn't be believed, and my stupid phone was malfunctioning so I couldn't record the boss insisting I go on dates with him, and talking about how nice my body is. That's definitely a nightmare especially for any female- so I may have to do more nightmare drawings! 😅 For some reason I figured my boss had a mental break, and I didn't want to get him in trouble or draw attention to the situation. IRL I wouldn't be so forgiving/empathetic though. Luckily if my real boss had any interest in me he's kept it to himself- though I don't think he's interested at all so I don't have to worry. 😆 I don't want that dynamic/drama, and I'm only interested in one person right now. ❤ Maybe bartending would be fun though I could see potential trouble if I did try it... Might need to tone down on listening to 🎶 I Can Fix A Drink by Chris Jansen. lmao Good song though it became an earwig for no reason.

I was going to start the other fanfic, but I've been putting off other stuff to get the fic I've been working on lately.. It's weird I don't usually write horror (though the horror part hasn't come out), or whatever genre it falls under so far.. Seems to have fallen off the radar fast- I don't know if it's the more sensitive topics that i've delved a little into, or the fact I'm not really a superfan of the fandom (haven't watched all of the movies & fell asleep the last few times I've tried to watch the first movie). Looking more into it online I seem to have recalled reading some details that don't add up with what current websites say, and though this is an alternate reality I do want readers who are fans of the franchise to get a sense of familiarity with the characters that I didn't or don't make up as the story unfolds. After I get through this childhood stuff, which there is a lot to build on... Then it will really get into the adults, and how things are different in this timeline. I really love Slashstreet, and how looking closely at the music videos there are many easter eggs for fans of any or all of the characters. I have not abandoned the other fanfics, I had been working on- its just been hard to keep up with all of the different worlds. Jason has rampaged with Fredrika into the front of my mind, and I have to write them out if I don't want to get slashed! lol Really though, some ideas take a stronghold of my mind. I may have ADHD as well, but im undiagnosed...so I won't say that it's a definite, but I am Neurodiverse and that effects my art as well. I'm burnt out; recovered to like 20% of my battery, and then my sister said I was fully recovered & had to help her with stuff. Even if I wasn't in autistic burn out just regular burnout... That's not how it works. Now I'm in burnout with partial recovery, and Jason is stuck in my head & not leaving for a long time. I do hope my psychological-type writing makes sense, and has improved since my first few attempts... lol It would be nice if there were comments to tell me what I'm doing right, and what I need to work on. I do get that there are many people like me ( :+fav: Ninjas)... In my case I don't ways have the words to show that I like it, and suggestions on how to improve but I enjoy what others do so I add to collections/favorites then go on my way. I also have some ideas for drawing subjects (i always do), and I do want to get out in nature for more pictures. My one sister has been eating my time, and doesn't get that I NEED a huge break- I also don't have the words to explain it so she gets where im coming from....which usually ends up with me snapping at her, and then she just seems to think I'm being a jerk for no reason or being more upset about some little thing that normally don't bother me that much. Today I'm doing laundry (I really need it), and taking some ME-time to relax & art. Hopefully I get a lot done & it helps boost my energy. I just want to curl up; watch movies, play games, art, read, and be alone (well there's one person I wouldn't mind being around but their too far away at the moment lol). It doesn't have to necessarily be in that order, and I. Not giving myself a list of 100 characters to draw or 20 chapters wrote today, but trying to be leisurely.... Tomorrow I'll need to work, but right now I want to do my own thing. I need to clean my room, and pamper myself a little.....balance in all things is what I need. My throat hurts... So probably one of my youngest nieces or my youngest nephew brought something home from school, and I'm starting to get whatever it is. One of the books im reading is The Anxious Achiever: Turn Your Biggest Fears Into Your Leadership Superpower by Morra Aarons-Mele which I won in a goodreads giveaway. I'll read anything once, but is there a specific Leadership or getting your life together book you recommend? I'm in a leadership position with the non-profit, but am looking to improve. I can use Hoopla or Libby to borrow e-books, and I can even open Hoopla on my roku. If it's a free ebook or is on one of those i could read it, but I don't have anything on my amazon & Google has a penny left from the gift cards I had for games. I'm employed, but my manager took me off the schedule so not getting paid. I need distractions... lol What's a pokemon that you want to see more fanart of, or is there a cartoon that you feel doesn't get enough love perhaps? I might be willing to draw fanart based on it in my free time. I've actually got a list of some characters I really want to draw, and like more of the Trollz (drew Amythyst a while ago). I'll make another journal with some characters/series/franchises to do a little checklist that I can edit as I go.
